The award recognizes Council 2771&#8217;s work during the July 2024 &#8211; June 2025 Fraternal Year.  Don congratulated Brothers for their diligent work on service projects and membership recruitment during the year that made this award possible.<br><br>The Star Council Award recognizes outstanding achievement in membership, insurance and programming. In order to achieve the Star Council Award, a council must earn the Father McGivney, Founders\u2019, and Columbian Awards. Additionally, the council must submit both the&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kofc.org\/en\/forms\/council\/fraternal_survey1728_p.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Annual Survey of Fraternal Activity<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;(#1728), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kofc.org\/en\/for-members\/resources\/forms\/185.html\">Report of Officers Chosen for the Term<\/a> (#185), and&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kofc.org\/en\/for-members\/resources\/forms\/365.html\">Service Program Personnel Report<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;(#365).
